Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping address. We offer a variety of shipping options, including:

  • Free Shipping: 5 - 8 business days - on orders of $35.00 and Up - Calculated at checkout
  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days - Calculated at checkout
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days - Calculated at checkout

You can view the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the chosen carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the continental United States. Please contact us if you are located outside of these areas to inquire about shipping availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.  

Shipping Restrictions

No foreign addresses. Address must be a USPS deliverable address. We are not responsible for lack of access to the address.

International Shipping

No international shipping available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@TheBowingBow.com . We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund/replacement.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order has been processed.
