Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unused items with the seal unbroken (not removed).

To start a return, email info@thebowingbow.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Custom and personalized items are final sale.
